Seth Godin

Seth Godin is a marketing guiness and he also gives great advice about running a business (which real estate investing is).  I read his blog everyday.  He has a ton of great posts (the best of the best can be found in his book, Small is the New Big.  In particular a post that I like and I think it pertains to a lot of real estate investors that are looking to get started.  I run into a lot of investors that are waiting for all of the start to allign.  Seth's riff lays out exactly when you should get started.  Check it out here.
